Verification Process
When you submit a request, we will verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to provide information that matches our records, such as your name, email address, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. For requests to know specific pieces of personal information or requests to delete, we apply a higher standard of verification.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require the agent to provide proof of written authorization to act on your behalf, and we may still verify your identity directly with you.
Response Timing
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
